Safe intermodal fresh food transport

Objective

THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO RESEARCH ON A USEFUL AND PRACTICAL PROCEDUREAND DEVELOPE A CONTAINER PROTOTYPE FOR THE INTERMODAL TRANSPORT OF DELICATE FRESHPRODUCTS LIKE SEA-URCHINS, STRAWBERRIES OR TROPICAL FRUIT.ONCE DETERMINED THE BEST PARAMETERS VALUES (TEMPERATURE, HUMIDITY, OXYGENCONCENTRATION) OR CONDITIONS (WATERING? ) THE INTERMODAL CONTAINER PROTOTYPE WILLBE DEVELOPED.THIS CONTAINER SHOULD HAVE A VERY PRECISE CONTROL OF PARAMETERS AND SHOULD ALLOW AREAL INTERMODALITY BY MEANS OF A DUAL ACTIVE AND PASSIVE REFRIGERATING TECHNOLOGY.IT WILL ALLOW THE AIR TRANSPORT OF FISH AND SEA-FRUITS IN MULTIPURPOSE AIRPLANESAND WILL INCREASE QUALITY , VARIETY AND SAFETY OF FRESH FOOD SUPPLIES .
