Objective
Flair-Flow Europe (FFE) is the EU dissemination network of 24 European countries, disseminating results from EU sponsored food research to She's, Health Professionals and Consumer Groups. Based on this unique dissemination project, this AM proposal is aimed to :
1. Strengthen the technology transfer to European She's,
2. Improving the dialog between the EU scientists, EC and the She's,
3. Improving the conversion of new scientific findings into improved quality and / or innovations based on market demands. The method proposed to achieve the goals disarrangement of 16-18 Innovation Workshops throughout Europe on important food topics related to the Synthesis reports disseminated by Flair-Flow Europe.
