Objective

The aim of the project is to study the intracellular signalling have CA²+-dependent and - independent mechanisms of vascular smooth muscle contraction and their regulation by nitric oxide and carbon monoxide under physiological conditions as well as under path physiological conditions modelling human cardiovascular disorders.
