Conditional mutagenesis of glucocorticoid receptor in the immune sytem

Objective

Conditional mutagenesis in mice alloxs unravelling glucocorticoid receptor (GR) function in the immune system. I will explore existing and generate novel genetically modified mice. Targets of GR will be identified and their regulation in vivo analysed, providing a basis of improved drug development.
