Experimental exploration of entry of rna viruses into error catastrophe

Objective

We shall study the determinants that lead a virus population to extinction by means of error catastrophe, with special focus on molecular memory provided by the quasi species nature that is inherent to all RNA viruses.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
