Objective

Toll-like receptors (TLR) sense the microbial presence. Tars promote expression of genes encoding ant microbial compounds via activation of the NF-cob signalling cascade. The aim is to resolve the specificity, polymorphism and regulation of the TLR4 and TLR2 signalling transudation system.
