Functional Analysis of Promoter Sequences Elements Conseved Between Gibberellin 20-Oxidase Genes of Arabidopsis Implicated in the Regulation of Ga Biosynthesis

Objective

The aim of this proposal is to identify the cis-elements in the promoter from Arabidopsis GA20-oxidase genes that mediate the feedback response. The information obtained from this project will able control the expressionof GA-oxidase genes and to manupulate the GA biosynthesis in order to obtain transgenic plants with improved agronomic characteristics.

Topic(s)

Calls for proposals are divided into topics. A topic defines a specific subject or area for which applicants can submit proposals. The description of a topic comprises its specific scope and the expected impact of the funded project.

Call for proposal

Procedure for inviting applicants to submit project proposals, with the aim of receiving EU funding.
