Objectif NK cells are important in mediating immunity against viruses, intracellular and intracellular bacteria. The primary aim of this project is to identify and clone specific legends interacting with the CD69 and NKR-P1 C-type like-like NK receptors proteins. Definition of these legends is likely uncovered molecular interactions of general relevance for the activation and function of haematopoietic cells. Increasing our knowledge of these pathways provides hope intelligent manipulation of immune responses in vivo, and may allow promotion or selective modification of particular cellular immune responses.
