Agriculturally and pharmacologically ralevant structures: more efficient syntheses of polyoximic acid and cyclopropyl amino acids.

Objective

Polyoximic acid is a significant component of polyamine, an agricultural ant fungal antibiotic. Another class of cyclic amino acids are cyclopropyl amino acids, which are proven to be potent Dope decarboxylase inhibitors. A new and efficient synthesis for these compounds will be carried out.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
