Characterisation of a new protein secretion pathway in pseudomonas aeruginosa

Objective

This proposal aims to characterise a novel protein secretion pathway in Pseudomonas aerations, which would mediate the secretion of folded proteins from the cytoplasm to the extra cellular medium that would be different from any other bacterial secretion system described so far.
