Detection of transcription coupled repair in drosophila melanogaster at nucleotide resolution

Objective

We propose to study at nucleotide resolution the presence of the Transcription Repair System in Drosophilae melanogaster using the easily inducible hasp gene as genetic target, under normal and heat induced conditions.
