Nodal signal regulation by the novel ring-protein arkadia in es cells

Objective

The objective of the proposal is to develop an assay in ES cells to study Arcadia protein function and Nodal-Nodal interaction. Nodal/Nodal signalling will be used to examine the in vitro differentiation of ES cells into germ layer specific precursors and to characterize the pathway of organiser/me endoderm induction.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)
