Objective
The analysis and comparison of the redo metabolism in Fusarium oxysporom with the one in Saccharomyces cerevisiae will be performed in this study. The physiology during xylose metabolism will be quantified using ^13C-labelling experiments to estimate the metabolic fluxes and the levels of the key intracellular metabolites will be determined
