Objective
Dendrite cells (Daces) sample their environment for antigens and present antigen- derived peptides associated with MHC II to nave T cells. Antigen loading of major histocomptaiblity complex class II molecules (MHC II) in Daces is tightly regulated. This project focuses at multivesicular bodies as key regulators of this process.
