Biological nuclear magnetic resonance in the post-genomic era

Objective

Nuclear Magnetic Resonance is a powerful tool in the study of protein structure. I propose to exploit this tool and the wealth of genetic information available by converting such information, by the use of molecular biology into proteins relevant to health and cell function for structural study.
