Objective
The objective of smfm is to develop small of medium sled machlnesand demonstrate that economically viable methods of thinning, clearing and felling of forests with small and light machines ispossible and eco-friendly. These machines are to be flexible andsuitable for use in steep sloping terrain (up to 40 %) as well asfor ground with low bearing capacity.
