Objective
The project will create a Thematic Network linking the leading European organisations supporting the Forest and Wood industries sector. The Network will collate, assess and organise all national and EU funded RTD pertaining to the sector and create a multi-lingual electronic mechanism whereby the results of this RTD is accessible to, and understood and used by the She's that predominate in the sector. The Partner's parent networks and extensive links with the Forest-Wood industry at European, national and branch levels will be mobilised to effect the development of a far-reaching dissemination and technology transfer process. The coalescing of the Partner's networks will create an established vehicle for the creation of an electronic RTD community, dynamically linked to the Forest-Wood sector's industries.
