Objective

This Proposal is to enable young animal scientists from Central and East European States associated with the 5FP Programme 1998-2002 to participate at the Scientific Sessions of the Annual Meeting of the EAAP to be held at Budapest, Hungary on 26 - 29 Aug 2001. EAAP operates a Scholarship Programme to support the attendance of young scientists to present papers at its Annual Meeting. They will also attend a course on Writing and Presenting Scientific Papers. EAAP wishes to increase the number of scholarships given, with particular emphasis on young scientists from the Central and Eastern Countries that are candidates for EU membership.
