Objective The objective of this work is to optimise qualitative and quantitative methods for the analysis of fungal infectivity in Arabidopsis thalami. The importance of trachoma's in fungal resistance will be established by quantifying infection in parallel in wild-type plants, mutant deficient in trachoma's and plants overproducing trachoma's.
