Structure/function Studies In Vivo Of The Estrogen Receptor-alpha

Objective

The aim is to study the importance of DNA binding of estrogen receptor-alpha (er-alpha) for transcriptional transactivation versus tranrepression in vivo. This will be done in transgenic "knock-in" mice expressing specific er-alpha mutants incapable of DNA binding.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
