Objective
We plan to engineer neural stem and ensheathing glia cells with expression vectors (CMV-beta actin) for their conditional immortalization (loxP/vmyc), LacZ detection and exogenous controlled expression of neurotrophic factors in vivo (Tet-on/off), as a new therapeutic approach for Parkinson' s Disease.
