Analysis of cortical lesions in multiple sclerosis

Objective

A possible role for cortical lesions in multiple sclerosis recently has been re-emphasised, but their contribution for clinical symptoms and progression is still not clear. This study intends to investigate cortical lesions by combined histopathological and magnetic resonance imaging analysis.
