Objective
A new mouse model of localized and generalized P, aerations lung infection is used to locate and quantitative the pathogen and its phenotype in the lumen of the airways, in the lung mucus and intracellular using electron microscopy and immunofluorescence and to analyse host cell necrosis and apoptosis.
