Objective
Micro vascular integrity is crucial for secondary brain damage, especially for oedema and haemorrhage. In a mouse model of focal cerebral schema effects of various knockout genes (u-PA, t-PA, PAI-1) on the micro vascular damage are examined by immunohistochemistry, western-blot and laser co focal microscopy.
