The global response of candida albicans to antifungal treatment

Objective

This work will establish
(i) the dynamics of the entire Candid alb cans transcript me as it changes during the response to ant fungal azoles treatment, as well as during early stages of infection of human host cells, and
(ii) identify human host genes implicated in the regulation of fungal pathogen city genes.
