To promote the use of objective quality measurement systems within small and medium-sized textile firms by the following means:
- Regular publications in the technical press.
- Organisation of workshops and seminars on that subject.
- Publication of a newsletter disseminating technical data on that specific subject to concerned SMEs. This is a common newsletter translated in every Member State's language.
- Direct consultancy actions in each country.
- Information for textile buyers on the advantage of objective measurement systems.
