Objective
THE RESEARCH PROJECT CONCERNS THE PYROLYSIS OF HETEROGENEOUS WASTES, HAVING PREVIOUSLY SUPPORTED A PHASES SEPARATION BY A PRESS DEVELOPED BY HYDROMER. THE SYSTEM PERMITS THE DISPOSAL OF HIGH CALORIFIC POWER AND DRY COMBUSTIBLES, AND SIMULTANEOUSLY, AN ORGANIC AMENDEMENT OF HIGH QUALITY WHICH CONTAINS THE MOISTURE AND THE FERMENTABLE ORGANIC MATERIALS.
THE PROGRAMME INCLUDES :
- INSTALLATION OF A PRESS OF ABOUT 300 KG/HOUR CAPACITY, COUPLED TO AN OVEN OF CONTINUED AND STATIC PYROLYSIS.
- STUDYING OF THE ACTION OF THE WHOLE MASS DIFFERENT URBAN, INDUSTRIAL, AGRICULTURAL AND OTHER WASTES, WITH AN ENERGETIC BALANCE SHEET AND QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF DIFFERENT PRODUCTS.
