BUILDING INTEGRATION OF GRID CONNECTED PV GENERATOR

Objective

To demonstrate the reliability of grid connected pv systems in urban environment.
To gather experience with this biggest grid connected, urban pv system of Spain.

A grid connected pv-generator rated at 53.04 kWp forms the roof the basketball pitch of the education center "Nuevo Horizonte" in Madrid.
The PV array uses new BP solar "Saturn" modules, BP 585, which employ the latest high efficiency solar cell technology. Each module is rated at 85 Wp.
The inverter is rated at 60 kVA and is equipped with a maximum power point tracker.

Programme(s)

Multi-annual funding programmes that define the EU’s priorities for research and innovation.

Topic(s)

Calls for proposals are divided into topics. A topic defines a specific subject or area for which applicants can submit proposals. The description of a topic comprises its specific scope and the expected impact of the funded project.

Call for proposal

Procedure for inviting applicants to submit project proposals, with the aim of receiving EU funding.
