Objective

A 1.5 MWp PV plant employing large area Siemens M110L PV modules will be installed in the new high profile Energy park Thuringia, between the towns of Ilmenau and Langwiesen in the Eastern part of Germany. It will provide power into the local grid through a series of master and slave inverters with a total rating of 1400 kW. In addition, the works power will be supplied by a 22 kWp PV generator employing high efficiency "Saturn" modules manufactured by BP solar.
