Objective
To demonstrate and promote the use of grid connected PV generators in University buildings. The PV arrays will be architecturally integrated into the building roofs.
A total of 5 identical PV generators will be architecturally integrated into the roofs of 5 separate buildings at the University of Calabria. These will be connected to the local electricity grid without battery storage, and used with an intelligent energy management system to minimise the electricity drawn from the grid.
