Objective
Planning and realisation of 8 passive solarhouses all over germany in order to push the market penetration of such houses. During recent years the proposer has developed standardized single solar houses of which some are built and first results available. The EC support is mainly meeded to push the market penetration by combining demonstration houses and public relation activities like information campaigns for newspapers magazins tv meetings and publication of a book. Therefore the proposal is unique in its marketting approach which goes beyond the usual demonstration of a innovative project neglecting very often the marketing aspect of demos.
The project includes the design, construction the market penetration and the demonstration of four optimized passive Solarhouses in different locations and dimatic areas w-Germany site of the houses : Bielefeld, Kiel, Altenbach, Freiburg. The aim of the project is due demonstration and documentation of the energy saving possibilities by using solar passive energy features. Furthermore the cost of the passive building componants should be bowered. The house will be further developed into a standardized housing type and will be sold on a frandrising system throughout W-Germany. During the two years demonstration phase a monitoring programme will be executed registering all relevant data enabeling a scientific analysis.
A television film will be turned concerning this demonstration project which will show the kind of use of solar passive systems in a populair-scientific way.
