PV ELECTRIFICATION OF REMOTE SITES IN EUROPE

Objective

Electrification of isolated sites in France, Italy and Spain. An important aspect is the guarantee of results, which in France and Spain will be ensured by a "pay toll" card in the system controller (SUNPAC). ENEL will provide this guarantee in Italy by other means.

About 140 systems in isolated sites in France, Italy and Spain : farm houses, mountain refuges, tourist's lodges, etc. for lighting, refrigeration, water pumping, radio-telephones, etc.
15 systems in Italy of 48 kWp (for CAI, WWF, privates), 36 systems in Spain, 20.2 kWp and about 92 systems in France.
DC (24 V) or AC power in France and Spain, only AC (220 V) in Italy.
All systems have a SUNPAC data acquisition device for monitoring and the checking of the guarantee.
