Objective
TELEFLOW will help executives handle the shift towards business centred on value systems in which good customer service solutions in a whole supply chain count more than the individual service of each of its companies. This implies the need to upgrade effective company interaction along the chain as much as the quality of in-company operations. The project will encourage this through telematics-based integration of the chain, as well as analysis of its work and information flows. Managers will learn to think and act effectively in the overall system whose competitiveness will be enhanced with appropriate methods and tools.
