Objective
Aim of this project is the development of a new generation of subsea system specifically conceived for hydrocarbon production in deepwater (200-600 m w. d. ) and very deep water (beyond 600 m w,d, ) including a dedicated remote controlled installation and maintenance system.
During Phase 2 - Stage B, the prototypes of both the production system and the maintenance system will be nanufactured.
A prototype will be installed and tested on a live well.
This constitutes the Phase 3 of the project.
During Phase 1, the engineering of the production system and the maintenance device has been performed.
During Phase 2 the prototype of the production system and the maintenance has been manufactured.
Phase 2 is splitted in two stages. During Stage A qualified manufacturers have been selected and the construction engineering performed.
During Stage B the subsystems have been manufactured. The captioned project (TH/03. 294/88) is relevant to Phase 2 - Stage B. Integration of the systems, dry tests, installation on a live well and long term tests are the scope of Phase 3 which will be exexuted in contract TH./03300/89.
