Exploitable results
DACCORD demonstrates telematics applications for co-ordinated traffic control on motorway corridors. Demonstrations have taken place in Amsterdam, Paris and Italy.
Software has been developed for inter-urban traffic management and co-ordinated/integrated motorway control such as traffic data cleaning tools, on-line network level state estimation and prediction. It will be made commercially available world-wide. The major beneficiaries are motorway operators.
