VASCO validated new European pre-standards for Dedicated short-range Communications (DSRC) between vehicles and ground equipment.
The project delivered prototypes for Electronic Toll Collection systems compliant with the pre-standards for Dedicated short-range Communications, and industrial validated components for this type of communication. They are made commercially available in the EU. Validation sites are situated in Germany, Norway, Sweden, Portugal and France.
