Objectif

This strategic study focuses on the production of guidelines for the implementation of TELEWORK. The target groups are companies and local authorities. A model representing the major factors influencing TELEWORK is to be elaborated. Data collection is to be managed in two parallel processes of investigation in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy and Spain - as well as by mini-surveys.
