Objective
The development of the projects is according to the following program:
1.- Inventory of resources and agents (Importance of the energy resources. The local agents that are capable to intervene).
2.-Reception of information and potential evaluation (Existence of renewable resources. Renewable energies demand).
3. Definition of the action policies (Sensibility grade and effects of a communication an diffusion campaign).
4.- Analysis of the economic, financial and social conditions for the development of the actions to be undertaken
5.- Selection of actions and definition of a program and diffusion data.
The main objective is the development of local Renewable Energy Plan to provide Central Government and Local Authorities (the Regional Authorities of Castilla y León, Castilla la Mancha and Madrid) with the necessary information and infraestructure to coordinate activities for promoting renewable energy. This Plan aims to revitalize the market of renewables in an area with an extremely high potential by examining the institutional, financial and technical barriers and by analysing the adequacy of the existing infrastructures (manufacturers and consultants, laboratories, associations, etc). The study is being extended to all the homogeneus area of the central plateau presenting uniform geographical, sociological and climatic conditions (covering 36% of the total Spanish land area).
