INFORMATION: List of the differents types of Renewables included in the project. Life cycle of each one. Inventory of installations existing by renewable energy type and provinces in Castilla y León. Forecast of the evolution of renewables (incentives behind and barriers against; social and economic aspects). Current, potential and future Demand Market. Supply market.
PROMOTION: Campaign preparation. General Promotion and Publicity actions. Design of promotional forms, pamphlets, press and advertisements, catalogues, articles,etc. Technical-financial studies. Preparation of radio campaign. Preparation of round tables and meetings with tecnicians (exchange of experiences). Comparative cost studies (solar energy, fuel-oil, electricity, butane-propane, natural gas). Advanced multimedia communication products on CD-ROM.
TRAINING: Definition and preparation of courses, seminars, conferences, etc. for architects, engineers, designers, consultants and installers.
Determining the causes which result in renewable energy (thermal solar, photovoltaic and bioclimatic) being undeveloped in Spain.
To achieve a clear awareness of the situation which will allow the preparation of the next step in implementing the forecasts obtained.
To prepare the strategy and directives which must be observed so that when the times comes to develop the actual commercial campaign, only that listed within will have to be executed and prepared.
The final aim is to increase the use of solar energy in Castilla y León as a rehearsal from the rest of Spain.
