Objective
This project is the follow-up of Altener project DGXVII/4.1030/93-26.
The main aim of this project is to create and reinforce a network of national and regional institutions in order to make a better use of existing resources (energy, human, etc.) and to coordinate work in the area of prefeasibility studies of renewable energy projects.
This project is a development of other one proposed by CCE in 1994. The work will cover the following phases:
Phase 1: Creation the northern node of the technical assistance network, to intensify and improve the network capacity and activities in the North Region of Portugal.
Phase 2: Training new technicians, organising and circulating information between the network nodes.
Phase 3: Identification of renewable energy projects and execution of feasibility studies.
Phase 4: Promotion of the technical assistance scheme.
