Objective
To set up and to develop a regional structure which will realise pre-faisability studies in the Poitou-Charentes region in the field of renewable energies.
Thanks to already established partnership (through VALOREN programme) with similar structure in Portugal, this regional structure will gather regional skills, prospect and identify all potential sites which could be equipped. District and local authorities as well as professional partners will be associated and involved in this structure.Expected results are to propose systematically pre-feasability studies for renewable energies solution. These studies should help the adoption of these technics by buildings owners. And also to strengthen technical co-operation with similar portuguese structures. Self sufficiency of the structure should be reach on the fourth year.
