Development of an energy-efficiency database for SAVE

Objective

To provide a computerised information service on SAVE and non-SAVE activities within the EU related to energy efficiency.
It is expected that the project will result in an accurate source of information on all SAVE, and energy efficiency, activities taking place in the EU and beyond.
This contract was signed by Forbairt on behalf of the European Energy Network (EnR), who are sharing the work. CRES is Activity Operating Agent and is carrying out all design, development, and data input.
The contract involves the development and design of a database which will hold details from across the EU on:
- SAVE projects;
- "non-SAVE" energy efficiency projects;
- relevant publications;
- SAVE events;
- National measures taken as a consequence of SAVE.
Forbairt as main contractor is coordinating the contract. The EnR Membership are responsible for collecting the data for their countries.
