Objective
The overall objective is to promote implementation of energy efficient solutions in the public/non-profit housing sector through education and training activities.
The following main elements are included in the project:
1. Establishment of a group of European energy experts
2. Establishment of an energy-guidance secretariat
3. Energy training courses/seminars in 4-6 EU-countries together with local housing associations.
4. Survey of good energy projects in the housing sector (newbuild and rehabilitation)
5. Accomplishment of energy efficient projects
