FROM COMMUNICATION TO ENERGY-SAVINGS VIA THE INVOICE

Objetivo

* raise the general conciousness of the customers concerning matters of rational energy use
* gathering data about use of electricity by different kinds of customers, that are statistically relevant
* indirectly saving of electricity

* changing the lay-out of the invoice:
- preparation (new printer, concertation of internal departments, advise of external experts, discussion and feed back by customers)
- introduction of new lay-out (inclusion of energy saving tips and information about the personal yearly consumption of electricity)
- introduction of graphic representations on the invoice
* developing a saving folder:
- preparation (content, lay-out, ...)
- mailing of an information leaflet to all customers and sending of the ordered folders
- answering other reactions of customers (energy disk, Interelectra leaflets, ...)
* gathering data on electricity use by customers:
- preparation of an action in order to measure the consumption of the own electricity use
- the action itself (announcements in the media of the start, the duration and the end)
- special attention to gather the meter cards, that were fully filled in
(announcements in the media, ...)
* dissemination of the experiences
