Objective
The objective of this proposal is to define and to develop a labelling procedure (HELP : Houses Energy Labelling Procedure) that could satisfy the needs for energy characterization of single family houses. This tool should lead to energy conservation measures thanks to a better information of the public. Another associated objective is to take advantage of the research work done by several european teams in the field of system identification that is not fully exploited at now.
The works included to the proposal are mainly based on the actual scientific knowledge of the participants in the field of data analysis using statistical tools to derive thermal characteristics of building components. A synthesis is to be done in order to develop an integrated and validated tool adapted to the single-family house case. The organisation of the work is the following :
.1st phase : state of the art. A clear definition of energy performances indicators must be specified with an acceptable error band. The procedure to derive these indicators will be based on an experiment. It is necessary to recall best experimental conditions for the monitoring of the studied house (measurement accuracy, quality of the information inside the data set).
. 2nd phase : tool development. This work will lead to the practical making of a 'suitcase' including all necessary experimental equipment, data acquisition system and data processing tool. The software will include 3 parts.
