STUDY OF THE ENERGY IMPLICATIONS OF THE FOLLOW UP IN SITE IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE THE ENERGY EFFICIENT CONCEPTION OF BUILDINGS

Objective

It is intended with the proposed project to demonstrate that a campaign on the issue of regulations that do not deal with safety measures, will only have success if there is a real interest by those applyig them with an improvement of solutions of system conception, the technological developments in the control and monitoring of systems make that a correct system conception, correct installation and correct maintenance are the way to achieve an efficient air temperature, humidity and velocity control in buildings.
The aim of this project is to obtain a natural acceptance of the correct procedure by the professionals to achieve an efficient solution and not the principle of verfying the project to regulation just to guarantee the minimum legal requirements.
The campaign to be carried out during this project is oriented to project engineers and installers. The present project has an acceptance of building enterprises, project firms and installers.

The action to be carried out has the following phases:
1 - Study of the energy saving potential from a correct compliance
2 - Information and formation campaign targeted to building firms, inhalers but also to project and maintenance firms.
The first phase will have in mind the present using conditions of buildings, either housing or the different service building types. A comparison of the present energy consumption with the one that would take place if the RCCTE and RQSCE were followed.
The second phase is intended to introduce the concept of follow up in site by an entity external to the contractor, as the means to ensure the good conception of the building and its energy, as well as the construction and installation.
Prior to this phase, it is intended to develop teaching and technical information in video cassette and software, and to carry out information courses for firms.

Programme(s)

Multi-annual funding programmes that define the EU’s priorities for research and innovation.

Topic(s)

Calls for proposals are divided into topics. A topic defines a specific subject or area for which applicants can submit proposals. The description of a topic comprises its specific scope and the expected impact of the funded project.

Call for proposal

Procedure for inviting applicants to submit project proposals, with the aim of receiving EU funding.
