Objective

Develop technical and financial energy conservation packages for different types of dwellings and possibly for zones of those dwellings, with proposals on how to present them to consumers.

The market will be segmented into house types, existing conservation solutions will be examined, technical and financial 'gaps' in and barriers to what is on offer will be assessed and packages of solutions will be brought forward which will be tested for consumerreaction, with reccommendations.
