Objective
Following to the different european experiences, the aim of this project is to build up and to disseminate a training module for the salespeople in order to give them informations about energy efficiency of electrical domestic appliances.
This package will deal with electrical consumption of appliances and also with gas and water consumption.
Complementing the first training module implemented in Nord-Pas de Calais region in 1995, and which only concerned freedges and freezers, this module will tackle all other electrical appliances : washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, cooking and small electrical appliances, ...
It will concern the following subjects : energy consumption, electrical power, energy efficiency, part of each appliances in energy budget, easy ways to save energy, explanation of energy labelling, economic arguments which allow the consumer to do his choice knowingly, the 'global cost' idea (purchase price + consumption during the appliance life), ...
Thanks to the training course, the salespeople will obtain some knowledges about energy, applied on domestic appliances and will be able to bring a more complete information to the consumers, even if the labelling is not applied on every appliances.
The drawing up of the module is followed by a dissemination phase, in which the proposers will present the training unit to the retailers : training sessions animation, working meetings, ...
