To harmonise the definitions on energy auditing
To develop adaptable schemes and procedures for program administration
To encourage the authorities to start up national program level activities
The AUDIT project has 4 main phases:
Phase 1: Reviews of state-of-the-art Energy Audit Programmes
-compilation of reports and reviews of programmes
-complementary questionnaires
-personal interviews of the implementing agents and other experts
Phase 2: Audit Methods
-harmonising the definitions of energy auditing
-modelling common state-of-the-art Energy Audits
Phase 3: Institutional Support Systems
-modelling program schemes and administrative procedures
Phase 4: Dissemination
-development of the Final Report 'Guidelines for Administrative Schemes and procedures for Energy Audit Programmes
-an international seminar on energy auditing
