OPTIMIZATION AND EVALUATION OF INDUSTRIAL UNITS

THE PRESENT STUDY INCLUDES:
1. OPTIMISATION OF MECHANICAL UNITS OF SORTING AT INDUSTRIAL RATES WITH NEW TECHNIQUES:
- LINES OF CONCENTRATION (SCREENS, BALLISTIC, PNEUMATIC, MAGNETIC SEPARATORS ...);
- LINES OF CLEANING AND CONDITIONNING OF RECYCLED MATERIALS (GLASS: WASHER, DRYER, OPTICAL SORTER, SHREDDERS; IRON: SHREDDER, MAGNETIC SEPARATOR ...);
- TECHNICO ECONOMIC SYNTHESIS.
2. DATA ON THE COMPOSTING OF HIGH ORGANIC CONTENT SORTED FRACTIONS:
- MECHANICAL SORTING OF FRACTIONS (PNEUMATIC, BALLISTIC, HYDRAULIC SEPARATOR
- MECHANICAL CONDITIONNING OF FRACTIONS (SHREDDING, MIXING, CARRYING...);
- MECHANICALCLEANING OF THE FERMENTED PRODUCES;
- OPTIMISATION OF THE CONDITIONS OF AEROBIC FERMENTATION;
- EVALUATION OF THE FINAL QUALITY OF THE COMPOST.
3. COMPLEMENTARY OPERATIONS TO THE PRODUCTION AT PELLETIZED SOLID FUEL FROM COMBUSTIBLE FRACTIONS:
- DEFINITION AND OPTIMISATION OF A TYPE OF DRYER NEEDFUL TO THE STORAGE OF RDF, STUDY OF POSSIBILITIES OF ITS MONOTORING BY CONTINUOUS READING OF THE SOLIDS' HUMIDITY TO MINIMIZE THE ENERGETIC CONSUMPTION OF THIS OPERATION;
- DEFINITION OF STORAGE BINS AND MECHANICAL FEEDERS AND EXTRZCTORS IN RELATION WITH THE PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF THE PELLETS.
ALL THESE WORKS WILL BE DEVELOPED ON THE SITE OF THREE UNITS, TWO INDUSTRIAL (22 T/H AND 7 T/H) AN ONE PILOT PLANT (2 T/H). THEIR GOAL IS TO OBTAIN AN INTEGRATED TREATMENT OF WASTES WITH THE BEST WAY OF RCUPERATION OF EACH TYPE OF COMPONENT(RECYCLABLE, ENERGETIC, FERMENTABLE).
